We specialize in hand rolled sushi, made with the freshest vegetables and locally smoked salmon. In addition, our carefully prepared baked goods are popular, and made with organic and locally sourced ingredients. Try a 'Triple Threat' crispy, chewy chocolate chip cookie made with three kinds of chocolate, organic sugar and flour, butter, and eggs from our happy, healthy chickens. Or if you're in the mood for something a little 'healthier' try a 'Birdseed Bar'. Held together with just a little flour, butter, honey and egg, these seed and dried fruit bars are not just for the birds! Lastly, our most popular item is a carton of our fresh and happy eggs. Our chickens range and graze regularly, and we boost omega-3s by feeding flax seed as well. What will we think of next??? Well, you'll have to wait and see, but it's bound to be FFFRESH!
